Welcome to Kenneth Shane Architecture, a new architectural design firm devoted to promoting and providing the art of modern classical design or 'traditional design'.
FIRM PURPOSE
Shane Arts, LLC was founded in 2024 with the hope of sharing our design talents with our valued clients through our own classical brand for the modern world. Our goal and guarantee is to provide beautiful private and public architecture that your family or the public would be drawn to repeatedly, an exciting place to visit again and again. The value of your project's site and architectural design are important for private clients to have a sense to come home to or to inspire repeating visitors to public buildings.
THE ART OF PROCESS
Design is an art. Its process begins with sketches and drawings. Computers, Building Information Management software and AI are tools to document the design for collaboration with consultants, bidding documents, and construction administration.
EXPERIENCE
​The firm is new, but built on more than 25 years of architectural experience with religious, educational, residential, and institutional projects ranging in value from less half a million to 100's of million dollars, This experience includes coordination with many consulting services, site design, special use zoning applications, their approvals, and building permit applications. Collaboration with contractors is excellent to achieve your the design. We are licensed in Illinois, Iowa and Wisconsin, and as a member of NCARB licensure in additional states is easily obtained. Kenneth Shane is a LEED Green Associate and supports the Institute for Classical Architecture and Art. This firm is prepared to meet your needs.
